If your employer is a non-subscriber, you can file a personal injury lawsuit against them.

You must show they failed to provide you a safe workplace and show this failure caused your injury.

You may be able to recover money for medical bills, lost wages, pain, and impairment.

You need to contact a Texas personal injury lawyer ASAP. Do not communicate with your employer or their ins. co. until you have a lawyer. Do not sign any forms.
