Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Employers liability

Workmans comp is not required in Texas if a person gets hurt on the job what is the employers liability Also will my insurance cover if no workmans comp. is available

If your employer is not covered by workers' compensation, then you may bring a lawsuit against the employer to recover your damages if the employer was negligent at all in causing your injuries.
