Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Looking for Federal Worker's Compensation Attorney

I was hurt in a horse patrol accident in work and recieved injury to my left shoulder and left knee. Both required surgery. I did recieve compensation for my left knee, but the more serious of the two injuries was my left shoulder. I have two screws in it. I have exhausted all available means within the appeals process and they tell me that the injury to my left shoulder is not bad enough for compensation. I need to find an attorney who is willing to represent me and I can't seem to be able to find one that does federal workers comp. Can you help? Thanks

Re: Looking for Federal Worker's Compensation Attorney

You may have waited too long. An attorney can only be paid from the weekly benefits you receive. When was your injury and what "appeals" have you been through?
