Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I have filed complaints of the co-worker who has caused a hostile work environment and retaliated against me after my employer reprimended her for causing a hostile work environment. She has continued to making my job difficult off and on. Since the beginning of Decm, I have started to develop chest pains tightening of the chest after working for 3-4 hours constantly. My job has refused to lighten my work load even though they had a dr.'s note. After my 4th complaint of the co-worker, my employer has terminated my employment prior to me filing a work related illness. My past employer has been covering up not withdrawaling federal and state taxes as well as not monitoring where the annuity monies come from when they receive new business. I have stumbled across their actions and there were aware of me questioning this. I believe this was the other reason why I was terminated. The job was in Dallas, Tx. What are my rights? Thank you
