Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I had my finger amputated at work due to some one else. i got w.comp. but i still strugle with my finger. and since then they reduced my hours and now layed me off. what am i entiled to? since it was not my fault. im just getting the run around.

Unless the amputation was caused by someone else who was not a coemployee you are limited to recoveer what work comp insurance paid..ie..lifetime medical expenses and a short term weekly checks..
