Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Fracture L-1, rt. arm/wrist broke, fractured lt. ribs

knocked off my feet outside at work. Broke rt. arm w/ injury to wrist 40% loss of grip). Landed flat on back and fractured L-1 (loss of 40-50%, able to lift /push 15#). Later, after Therapy, returned to work and tripped over tree root or curb that was sticking up and fractured ribs. This all happened at the nursing home I work at. They say once I am at MMI they no longer have to care for my injury. I could lose the job I am doing now and it has effected my whole life. Is there anything that can be done?

If it is a Texas Work comp insurance claim..you apparently need an attorney, call us..but they do not have to do more than the law requires...and you have the right to DARS..for rehab/training and help to find other employment
