Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
I had a hurniated disc and I have been out for 2 1/2 months. I went to the dr. and he said that I have to go back to work with no restrictions even though I am still in pain. He said that I would just have to work through it. I also had bursitis in my hip that was treated and still hurts. Do I have any options?

perhaps...call the work comp commision for an ombudsman or call a lawyer, like us, to review the facts...or try changing doctors..but generally doctors do not tell a patient to return to work if there are medical treatments to help...pain in itself is not a reason to prevent work..
