Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

If I have been hurt on the job and am attending physical therapy during work hours do I have to use my sick leave, or is that supposed to be workmans comp?

You may have to use sick leave. Work Comp weekly payments are only after you have missed a week..and first payment is made after two weeks.. Presuming u have not missed any work, and if sick leave pays..use sick leave...If u need to file a claim for the injury, call us or your local work comp office because u must file a notice of injury within a year
