Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I was hurt at work and my company sent me to the doctor however is not claiming on WC and said I do not get paid for the time I spend at the Doctor? Is this legal? I requested a copy of my accident report and they have yet to give it to me.

Your company may not really have a Texas Worker's Comp policy. It may be a private policy. How you were hurt may depend on whether you can do something more. Please call me at (713) 681-1300 to discuss it.
