Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

i got hurt at work while i was on a delivery and the ambulance took me to the er they said my ankle was dislocated and then they put it back in place then i was discharge and then my company told me they didnt have workers comp and that my boss was gonna pay for everything out of his pocket then they send me to a doctor who said i was ok but i was still in pain my accident happen on 4-25-2011 and on 4-29-2011 i got a call from my boss saying that i no longer worked for his company and that they could not help me anymore he told me that he got the results from the drug test i took at the er and that the results where positive i was not on drugs on the day of my accident what can i do?

If u got hurt because the employer or co employee was negligent..u can sue for damages. As to drug test,get ur medical records and demand proof of drug results..as that is libelous..ie printed statements untrue about your character
