Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I was hurt at work on June 15th and only verbally told to the head tech. She then reported it to the hospital manager. I went to the Doctor and was given a Dr's note not to lift over 10 lbs for 1 month. I was told I had to do kennel. That is a lot of bending and lifting laundry. I then injured my back even worse on July 26th. I told the Josh the guy I was working with that day. The next day I verbally told the Doctor. Can I still get worker compensation?

yes...call us if you are missing work but doctor's should apply for payment as work related..
