Hurt at work without workers comp insurance

What should i do if the company i work for doesn't have workers comp. insurance and i was injured on the job and not allowed to work till after i have surgery?

If the company did not have work comp and the company's negligence caused your injury, the company could be sued just like in auto accidents. But if the company doesn't have any money or insurance to pay..it could be auseless suit They are called nonsubsciber cases and we review them as we do work comp claims...give us more info if you want us to consider the case
