Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
My husband was hurt at work in texas Workers comp has approved only half of his surgery and the doctor said he has to have approval for the full surgery before he performs it. No workers comp says my husband has been on light duty to long and has told walmart to have him step down from his supervisor position can they do this?

You need a qualified work comp attorney...the insurance industry can do what it wants unless forced...Walmart is both the insurer and employer...and they can do what they want as there is no union..but call us or a qualified work comp attorney..
