Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

My iibs is paid in full

So they are tell me i dont get a lump sum back or noting is this true and my lawer is not doing noting about it what do i dew now i am on ssidi now they put 80% disable and texas mutule put me at 10%

No Lump sum in Texas for work comp claims but you get weekly benefits and lifetime medical expenses. If you are on SSI, I presume your lawyer told you to apply. Your lawyer may also get you a larger IR..merely because your lawyer does not talk to you often, does not mean the lawyer did nothing.
