Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

impairment rating of 35%

My husband got an impairment rating of 35%...he makes 1300 per week ...how do we figure what his settlement might be...

There is no "cash" settlement for work comp injuries...We would be happy to review your case to see if you should receive more benefits..

Work Comp should give lifetime medical care for the "injury" and we are in trial now for a 1997 injury where the comp carrier denied treatment but we won claimant 25% and

then they stopped medicals in 2002..

so it is a long bitter battle..
