Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

impairment rating soon

i am scheduled for an impairment rating for my knee.

I am trying to find out what to expect. do they actually take into consideration evening pain, and walking ability? or do they just bend your knee in the office and rate from that? The reason is, I can fully bend but can't walk, or drive without taking frequent breaks.

Who is doing IR? DWC appointed doctor?carrier doctor? Treating doctor ? We are work comp lawyers and while the guidelines are in AMA Guide..one has to see all medicals to comment
