Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

impairment ratings

I have an impairment rating of 19 for total body and an impairment rating of 32 for the left upper extremity. what does this mean, and what is the difference - I have a peminent impairment of 19% - What does this mean all the different percentages?

32 only relates to the extremity but it is considered when giving 19 for whole body..so you are entitle to 3 weeks IR benefits for each percentage or 57 percent..and hopefully you can return to work..if not you may be entitled to SIBs...but contact an attorney like our firm to understant what you may be facing...
