Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I was injured in a auto accident on my way to work.. My office hours were 10am -7pm or later.. it was company policy that individuals in my positon arrive at the office at least 1/2 hour before opening to prepare our model homes..

My accident occured less then 1 mile from my office would this qualify for a workers comp claim?

Is there a time limit for filing a workers comp claim I never knew of this option until today?

Click on link above to file workers compensation claim. Should also report accident to your employer in writing. If injured, see doctor ASAP.

This is gray area. Will need evience to show accident happened during "course and scope of emploment."

If accident is not your fault, you can make claim against other car's auto. ins.
