i am injured pregnant and they retaliated.
i was hurt four months ago and they covered everything than i went to work and they didnt follow docters orders we took them to a hearing and settled for three out of four weeks that they owed me. now i am back to work sedentary and my supervisor has insulted me infront of people, the bigger boss said he would talk to her and that i had to deal with her and get along. he also stated that he didnt want me there on a sedentary restriction that he was over ruled by corparate and that i was an inconvinence and a distraction. because i am on crutches and am five months pregmant the physical strain on my muscles is causing more problems and the stress of her insult is there a lawyer that can help me get the insurance company and my work to stop playing these games and follow the law?

The employer must comply with the work restictions of the doctor when you have suffered a compensable injury and are returned to light duty.
