Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
Injury
I am a teacher. Recently I was doing some paperwork late in the afternoon and sitting on my right leg. My leg fell asleep. There was a knock on the door and as I stood up and walked to answer the door- I fell and injured my foot. Is this a work related injury?
