Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

After '' IRB's'' What's Next ?

I have recieved 12 weeks of payments and reached max. Medical improv. I recieved 4% on my knee injury and 12% on my back ,equalling a whole body impairment of 15%. My question is ,''Is 12 wks. of payments all I will receive for this bad injury to my back? I'm concerned about the future of my back problems. Thanks in advance.

If you have received a 15% whole body impairment rating, you should receive 45 weeks of checks at the impairment income benefit level. Take a look at the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission website, or feel free to call me at (877) 647-9600.
