Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Neck Injury

My son worked for an aromred car service in Odessa, Texas. Seat belts were not provided for the person in the back. They had a wreck and he was thrown into the door panel and busted his head open and hurt his neck. They took an x-ray only, but it didn't show anything then. Now he has major pain from this. It has been several years, can we still do anything about it? It was turned into workmans comp.

he is entitle to lifetime medical benefits..but the law does not permit you to pay a lawyer to help...call Texas division of work comp..and good luck....
