Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Overpayment

Almost a year and a half after my daughter's case was settled the insurance company is claiming they overpaid her for the time she was off work. They say she is obligated to pay them back. Is this correct?

no...but WC cases cannot be settled as she has lifetime medical..call local work comp office
