Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

paraprofessional injury

I live in tx. I was bit by a student on my hand. I have been seeing a doctor for my left hand now because I could not use my left hand at work now my right hand has as the doctor says is tennis elbow. The sent to WC that I need to an opertation on my right elbow they denied the claim saying that it is disease of life.

Your doctor needed to say tennis elbow was caused by repititive activity at work IF it were true...you could call DWC for their opinion or contact us as work comp lawyers...but we need a lot more info..and teh doctor's causation letter..ie what caused your injury
