Pujury and False sworn statement's

Injured back at work when fell.Have Pictures of the Bruise's that was noticed 2 day's later.The carrier denied my claim because the boss said it was in retaliation.I have seen the Notarized statement from the 3 Foremans and have found many Lie's that I can prove.They have also lied under oath That is court reported and taped and can prove this also.Is there any civil action or criminal action I can take to the DA?Can I sue for Defamation pain and suffering due to the lie's and retaliation because I filed my claim?As far as I know I still have my Job But they would not accomodate my Light duty release from tha doctor? Feed Back please?

There are a lot of details that you left out. When was your injury? Did you report it within 30 days? Did you receive any benefits from Workers' Comp? You mention that testimony has been given in court; has this issue been to a contested case hearing already? What is your status at this point?
