Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Refusal to Pay

I receivedapproval from wirkers comp that that agree lumbar fusion necessary - now received form PLN-11 saying they will not pay.

We accept work comp cases..and you need a lawyer probably..or do what DWC and the insurance companies tell you...call us and we may be able to help
