Returning to work from workers Comp

i was released to go to work in august with 1 percent disability paying me for 3 and a half weeks i have been constantly calling since then to go back to work first it was waiting for medical papers from adjuster then i had to get and fax them the fce in nov or dec now they are telling me i must pay for a doctor myself to get a paper stating i can return to work it has been 4 months and i want to go back to work how long after i was released by the insurance's doctor releases me must they put me back to work i am completely broke and all my bills are behind because of this someone HELP ME.

You need to look for another job...and if the employer is refusing to put you back to work cor filing a comp claim, you may have a case. But it sounds like a minor injury, and ifyou had not worked there for years..they may not want you back..they do not HAVE to hire you back...we need a lot more info but don't wait on legal help...go to work
