Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
Settile with my insureance company
I have settle with my insurance company and i want to know did i do the right thing, or do i have a time limit to chance my mind. I settle in oct of 07, i was given an 40% inpaired rateing, was or is this a fair rateing.

Call us as we handle workers compensation claims...and you must have been severely injured to have 40%impairment..BUT you will need a lawyer if you do not have one..
