Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Texas-no payment from workers comp

i was injured from a pipe explosion and was off and on work afterwards. i missed a lot of work more than 4 months. went back in an office job a few days after the explosion. my boss filed a claim for me but workers comp hasnt paid me any money for lost work. they say i went back to work too soon during a waiting period so i cant get money. is this true.
