Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I was walking on the sidwalk coming into my job and I slipped. My employer said I could not file a OJI because I was not clocked in. However I was on company property. Can i file a OJI?

yes..it is a work comp claim..unless your employer has a private insurer not tx work comp
