Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

WC claim on torn ACL

I had surgery on the rt knee, but am still having problems walking again. If I am going to a new job in the same state but different city, can I see another ortho doc for a knee replacement?

Ask your treating doctor for referral...and since you have no attorney call the work comp commission in your area and speak to their legal services...as they won't pay an attorney...
