Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

i work for the city of killeen in texas as a asolid waste worker i was struck in the back with the trash truck on tuesday the 10th are normal scott and white workmans comp facility was full so they sent me to metroplex were i was poorly taken care of after i waited hours i finally saw a doctor who just ramed his finger in my back and said ill prescribe motrin to you no x rays were done nothing just that 15 seconds he was there then he just clocked out and went home i had no follow up date no restrictions nothing so then i said i want to go to scott and white were i was suppose to go my supervisor called HR and they said the earliest they could get me in was on the 18th so they wanted me to wait 8 days before i was seen i thought it was ridiculous so i called and got in on friday the 13th wich shows HR didnt really try to get me in then the doctor there did full x rays and full exam and actually talked to me and told what to do i was prescribed pain pills and an anti inflamatory pill i went to the pharmacy close to were i live droped it off went to go pick it up and they said i was going to have to pay for it because my doctor wasnt covered under workmans comp wich is odd considering he works at a workmans comp office so i had to go from friday the 13th to monday the 16th with no medication because there office was closed all weekend i told my supervisor about it monday morning he said he will have to get in contact with HR so as i was waiting i called the scott and white workmans comp office explained what was happening they recomended that i go to their facility and get it filled there that way there is no problem my supervisor refused said had to get into contact with HR first then HR says i dont need to go up to just go to a different scott and white pharmacy closer to us so i did they said they would call the other pharmacy that has my prescription and transfer it over and get it filled this was about 12 o'clock they said come back around 2:30 so i did and they said it just wasnt ready yet come back later so i went back at 5 and then they say that they cant find any file or claim for my injury so now its been 4 days without my prescriptions i cant sleep my back hurts really bad and i dont know who is messing up i need help
