Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

at work trying to close a door i sprained my hand and doctor said it is cycst,the pain is too much that i cant move it but work comp said it was not work rated but it happened at work.i have been taking treatments.what do i do?

Did u report it to your employer , if so , when? yu have to prove u reported it, and then if the employer has Tx work comp insurance, it should pay..BUT if u have private healt insurance, it should pay if work comp is denied..and u can go to Tx Comp division for help from an ombudsman or call us..if u are off work because of the injury
