Work Comp Surgery Approval

I got surgery approval for a spinal cord stimulator. However, the adjuster scheduled an insurance carrier dr appt 1 week prior to the surgery. My question is, can the adjuster take back the surgery approval if the biased rme dr report is unfavorable?

Insurance companies can do what they want..we handle work comp cases ...but going thru work comp system is long...many "approved" medical procedures are denied or delayed and many never done because of the system. you probably need a lawyer but have to pay out of your weekly checks
