Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

work place injury

I was assaulted at my place of work. The manager's sister beat me for no reason. I was hurt really bad, cuts to the face, kicked in the head. I feel dizzy. I called the police the next day, and they gave her a ticket. I cannot go back to work. What do I do?
