Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
Workers Comp Attorney
Is there an attorney in the Dallas, Tx. area who will take a case with no fee unless the case is won? My treating doctor has agreed to go to court for free in my case and has accused Workers Comp of trying to sweep me under the rug.

Yes. Workers' comp attorneys are only paid from the claimant's benefits. Benefits are only paid if the claimant wins his or her case. We would be glad to discuss the facts of your case, please feel free to call.
