I was injured on the job while making a delivery to Oklahoma. My place of employment at the time was Texas. Which state do I need to seek legal help from?

Texas..and if injury will keep you off work for more than a month, call us.

If you worked for a company in OK you may have a choice..so call a work comp attorney in OK to see what benefits they offer
