workers comp
if i fell down 20 flights of stairs on 10/06/07 but still have pain including migraine headaches that have started but not employed with the company any longer how does that work

Your claim is against the employer's insurer at the time, not the employer and you need to call work comp to make a claim or a lawyer who handles those cases..But you need to act now or all you rights may be lost..and if the employer did not know of the accident, you may have already lost
