Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Workers comp Insurance carrier sending me to a doctor of their choice to determine appropriateness of treatment from my out of network doctor, I have had same dr since 2002 - can they make me have new doctor

Yes...IF they ask DWC and get an order or if you agree..as they have a right to RME..required mdical exams every 6 months..
