Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

Workers Comp.Impairment Rating...

I have had 2 surgeries now, the first being Anterior Cervical Fusion and the second one was arthroscopic surgery on my shoulder. My question is will the doctor who is scheduled to assess my impairment rating take into consideration the scarring on my neck and shoulder in addition to the other things that he will be looking at?

He should..but you should either go to the commission office and get help or call a lawyer NOW...we take work comp cases and in serious injuries such as yours, you will need help..but call or look for a work comp lawyer
