Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

I got injured at my job. I am a school bus driver. I have 3 hernieted disk. They were very neglegents whene I complaint about my injury. I want to know what are my rights and what can I do for the inreparable damage I have because of their neglegents.

If your school district has work comp insurance, you should be covered for lost time and for medical expenses..so apply for work comp benefits but you cannot sue the school district..We represent several work comp claimants for school districts
