Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

workers/comp was suppose to pay for all my med needs caused by a store that I worked for, an 800 pd. gate fell onto my neck, breaking it and my back and rupturing every disc in neck, most in back, crushed tailbone, could not walk, talk or control my bodily functions for many years, eventually learned to walk fairly well but only with cane and use scooter,. married only 8 months and my husband had to do and I do mean do everything, w/comp approved a pain-pump in my abdomen, in the middle of the monthly procedure, causing us to spend over $50,000, in med. exp, they were suppose to pay, causing us to be late on important bills llike our home. Working now with the Dept. of Ins. What else can we do, so depressed, so useless, gabbi
