Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas
workmans comp.
fell @ work in dec 2007...landed up having surgery in jan 2008 and manipulation in april 2008...still under drs care, has not released me, meanwhile i have received workmans comp, use my personal time and fmla time, was terminated in april 2008, w/c paid for my therapy 3 times, now im paying for it, this week seeing the w/c dr. would eventually go back to work, should i get an attorney ???

You should have had an attorney to help get medical care, keep your job...if you wanted it...BUT unfortunately you can only pay an attorney from your weekly checks...so get an attorney NOW..call us and we will consider your case
