Legal Question in Workers Comp in Texas

worksman comp

I got hurt on the job unloading a truck. My back is trashed, been through all treatments no hope.I can't have surgery. Can I sue my company because I can't do that type of work anymore(physical labor)?

Call our firm which handles work comp cases...and hopefully you went to doctor and told your employer timely...we would need to see all the documents to see if we could help you..
