Legal Question in Business Law in Trinidad and Tobago
My husband bought a foreign used 2 ton truck but because of agriculture reason one has to have a license to bring this type of vehicle in the country so he bought the vehicle on his father's name because he has a license.know this vehicle was bought in September 2009 and he died in October 2009 is thier any way i'm entitle to either the vehicle or if they want to keep the vehicle atleast the money spent for this vehicle.

I suggest you consult a lawyer and take with you the receipts that you paid for the trunk.
