Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago
custody of two children
two of my children spent time with my mother while i studied. i paid her to care them. when i tried to take them she threatened to kill them with evil forces. i took them she reported to social services that i was making the children sick and they took them. she is brainwashing my daughter into thinking that she may have been molested by her stepfather even though she cannot remember being molested. my mother was warded in the psychiatric ward in 1978 and my sister (39) who is childless and lives with her had a nervous break down in 1993. i have another perfectly healthy normal child. if they make my daughter lie how can i best help her?
