Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago
i would like to have custody to my son, his mother has admited that she is not ready for a child and only did so for me, but her parents are advising her not to give him to me and are the ones see about him. i pay for all his needs during and after the pregnancy. she did not put me on his birth certificate. is there anything i can do? can i go to family court and get custody?

Yes you can go to the Family Court and make an application for custody. It may be prudent to seek professional legal advise before you do so.
