Legal Question in Family Law in Trinidad and Tobago

my husband and I are separated for about five years within this period, two years after the separation i purchased a property with my daughter, the property is in both my daughter and I name, I am paying the mortgage. Would I have to share that property with him during a divorce and settlement?

It depends on whether assets from the marriage were used in the purchase of the property.
