now take your time I need an answer.(situation) if My Husband and I were married in Trinidad(the carribean), and he goes to another country (U.S.A) and marries Mrs. C without getting a divorce from Me. Then he dies in the U.S., and his new wife claims all assets from Him.! Can I do anything legally to recover any asset that belonged to him in Trinidad? Even if the other womans name is on the death certificate? and apparently she has got power of attorney

If he was never divorced from you, the marriage to Mrs. C would be invalid. You would still be his wife and entitled to inherit from his estate on his intestacy. The Power of Attorney dies with him. it does not matter that Mrs. C's name is on your husband's death certificate.
