Legal Question in Immigration Law in Trinidad and Tobago

when i was a teen residing in the united states, i used someone's credit card and when they found out, they went to the police who went to my house but i was on vacation in another country and ended up satying there because i was afraid to go back, but now, being older and wanting to go back, i don't know what to do from here. i had my green card but lost it and i think it expired also. please help
